Tsukishima Holdings Co., Ltd. provides products and services for water and sewer facilities in Japan and internationally. The company engages in the construction of water purification and sewage treatment plants; manufacture and sale of water treatment and sludge treatment systems, sludge dehydration equipment, incinerators, etc.; and operation of public-private partnerships, including private finance initiative and design-build-operate projects and digestion gas power generation facilities. It is also involved in the operation, maintenance, repair, improvement, and renovation of water and sewer facilities; sale of industrial chemicals; and sale of machinery and supplies for environmental equipment. In addition, the company designs, manufactures, and sells plant systems and equipment for battery components, pharmaceuticals, food products, and cosmetics; and filtration equipment and plant, as well as constructs and repairs equipment and plants to treat waste fluids, solid waste, and exhaust. Further, it engages in the waste treatment business; provision of equipment to contribute to environmental improvements and various chemical and general industrial equipment; manufacture, sale, and system engineering related to equipment for emulsification, dispersion, mixing, and granulation of fluids and fine particles; and research and new product development for hardware and software related to emulsification and dispersion. Additionally, it is involved in the waste collection, transport, and intermediate treatment; thermal recycling through alternative energy power generation; and real estate management and leasing businesses. The company was formerly known as Tsukishima Kikai Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Tsukishima Holdings Co., Ltd. in April 2023. Tsukishima Holdings Co., Ltd. was founded in 1905 and is headquartered in Tokyo, Japan.
