Its development pipeline includes OTS167, a small molecular compound that targets the maternal embryonic leucine zipper kinase inhibitor that is in Phase I/II clinical trials for the treatment of acute myeloid leukemia, as well as in Phase I clinical trials for the treatment of breast cancer; and OTS964, a small molecule TOPK inhibitor currently under non-clinical stage. The company’s pipeline also comprises cancer peptide vaccines, including S-588410, which completed Phase III clinical trials for the treatment esophageal cancer, as well as Phase II clinical trials for the treatment of bladder cancer; S-488210, which is in Phase I/II clinical trials for the treatment of head and neck cancer; S-588210, which is in Phase I clinical trials for the treatment of solid tumor; and OTSGC-A24, currently in Phase I clinical trials for the treatment of gastric cancer.
