The Proprietary Trading segment engages in the trading of equities, bonds, funds, and derivatives. Its Investment Management segment is involved in asset management, private equity investment, and alternative investment activities. The company is also involved in securities investment funds; fund raising, distribution, and management; securities underwriting and sponsoring businesses; commodity and financial futures brokerage; and venture capital and industrial investment businesses. In addition, the company provides corporate management services; investment and financial consulting services; corporate asset reorganization, merger and acquisition, and marketing planning services; and equity and equity-related debt investment services. It serves individuals, institutional investors, and financial institutions, as well as large, small, and medium enterprises. The company was formerly known as Hengtai Securities Co., Ltd. and changed its name to Financial Street Securities Co., Limited in September 2025. Financial Street Securities Co., Limited was founded in 1988 and is headquartered in Beijing, the People’s Republic of China.
