Philippine National Bank provides various banking and financial products and services. It operates through Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, Treasury, and Other segments. The company offers a range of commercial banking services, including deposit-taking, lending, bills discounting, trade finance, foreign exchange dealings, mobile banking, investment banking, treasury operations, fund transfers, and remittance and trust services. It also provides savings and checking, current, foreign currency, and time deposit accounts; cards; personal, housing and auto loans; life and non-life insurance products; stock brokerage; leasing and financing services; asset management services; and corporate and fiduciary trust products and services, such as corporate fund management, employee enrichment solutions, and escrow, as well as corporate fiduciary services. In addition, the company invests in debt securities issued by the Philippine government or companies; and offers unit investment trust fund (UITF), personal management trust, investment management accounts, and wealth management and estate planning services. Further, it provides long-term and medium-term loans; revolving and domestic bills purchased credit lines; trade services, letters of credit, documentary collections, guarantees, and collection of custom duties and taxes; and loans to local government units and retail small and medium enterprises, as well as cash management solutions. The company was incorporated in 1916 and is based in Pasay City, the Philippines. Philippine National Bank operates as a subsidiary of LT Group, Inc.
