LT Group, Inc. engages in banking, distilled spirits, beverages, tobacco, property development, and other businesses in the Philippines, rest of Asia, the United States of America, Canada, Other European Union countries, the Middle East, the United Kingdom, and the Oceania. Its Banking segment provides various banking and financial services to corporate, middle-market, and retail customers; and to national government, local government units, government-owned and controlled corporations, and various government agencies. This segment offers deposit-taking, lending, bills discounting, foreign exchange dealing, investment banking, fund transfers or remittance servicing, retail banking and trust, and other insurance services. It operates a network of branches and offices; automatic teller machines; and overseas branches, representative offices, and remittance centers. The company's Distilled Spirits segment manufactures, compounds, bottles, imports, buys, and sells rum, spirit beverages, liquor, and bioethanol products. Its Beverage segment produces and sells soft drinks and bottled water, energy drinks, beer, alcopop, carbonated soft drinks, ready-to-drink iced tea, yoghurt, chocolate pudding, ready-to-drink dairy, juice drinks, and soda; and produces glass bottles, corrugated cartons, and metal closures. The company's Tobacco segment manufactures and supplies cigarettes, casings, tobacco, packaging, labels, and filters. Its Property Development segment owns, develops, leases, and manages residential properties, including housing, commercial, industrial, urban, and other real properties; and acquires, purchases, develops, and sells subdivision lots. The company was formerly known as Tanduay Holdings, Inc. and changed its name to LT Group, Inc. in September 2012. The company was founded in 1854 and is headquartered in Taguig City, the Philippines. LT Group, Inc. operates as a subsidiary of Tangent Holdings Corporation.
