About Acen Corp.

Acen Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, engages in the power generation and trading activities in the Philippines and internationally. It operates through Philippines and International segments. The company generates electricity through renewable energy and thermal power plants, as well as battery storage linked to solar farms. As of December 31, 2024, it had a total renewable energy generation capacity of 6,828 megawatts (MW), including 4,576 MW of solar energy, 2,001 MW of wind power, and 113 MW of geothermal resources; 138 MW of battery storage linked to solar farms; and thermal energy portfolio 68 MW. It also engages in the oil and mineral exploration, development, and production activities. In addition, it engages in retail electricity and water supply businesses; and leasing and land development activities, as well as distributes petroleum products. Further, the company provides industrial instrumentations. The company was formerly known as AC Energy Corporation and changed its name to Acen Corporation in July 2022. The company was incorporated in 1969 and is based in Makati City, the Philippines. Acen Corporation is a subsidiary of AC Energy and Infrastructure Corporation.
