Intrepid Capital Corporation operates as an investment advisor and broker-dealer through its wholly owned subsidiaries, Intrepid Capital Management (ICM) and Allen C. Ewing & Co. In June 2003, Intrepid appointed Mark F. Travis, its Executive Vice President, to be the company’s president and chief executive officer.
