It is also involved in trading of commodities and derivatives; and trading and manufacturing of precious/semi-precious stone studded gold and diamond jewelry products, as well as trading and import/export of gold, jewellery, pearls, and precious stones. The company was formerly known as Matru-Smriti Traders Limited and changed its name to ABans Enterprises Limited in March 2016. The company was incorporated in 1985 and is based in Mumbai, India.
