Its clinical stage product candidates include enozertinib formerly known as ORIC-114, a brain penetrant orally bioavailable irreversible inhibitor, currently under Phase 1b study, that selectively target epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) exon 20 and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 exon 20 with high potency towards exon 20 insertion mutations; and rinzimetostat formerly known as ORIC-944, an allosteric inhibitor of the polycomb repressive complex 2 for prostate cancer, currently under Phase 1b study. It has a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Bayer to evaluate ORIC-944 in combination with Nubeqa AR inhibitor; and a clinical trial collaboration and supply agreement with Johnson & Johnson to evaluate ORIC 944 in combination with Erleada AR inhibitor.
