TuHURA Biosciences, Inc., a clinical stage immuno-oncology company, that develops novel technologies for the treatment of cancer immunotherapies. The company’s lead product candidate includes IFx2.0, an innate immune agonist designed to overcome primary resistance to checkpoint inhibitors. It is also preparing to initiate a single randomized placebo-controlled which is in Phase 3 registration trial of IFx-2.0 administered as an adjunctive therapy to Keytruda; and Delta receptor technology to develop tumor microenvironment modulators in the form of first-in-class bi-functional and bi-specific antibody-drug conjugates targeting Myeloid Derived Suppressor Cells.
