Perdana Petroleum Berhad, an investment holding company, provides offshore marine support services for the upstream oil and gas industry in Malaysia. It owns and operates a fleet of vessels, including anchor handling tug supply vessels, accommodation workboats, and accommodation work barges to support an array of offshore activities, such as exploration, development, facilities installation, hook-up and commissioning, production, operation, and maintenance. The company also offers work barges and workboats for on-board accommodation and work facilities for offshore personnel; and towing, mooring, and anchoring of non-self-propelled barges and rigs, as well as transports drilling, production, and project materials and chemicals. In addition, it engages in the leasing business, as well as investments in shipping and shipping-related assets and businesses. The company was formerly known as Petra Perdana Berhad and changed its name to Perdana Petroleum Berhad in July 2011. The company was incorporated in 1988 and is headquartered in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Perdana Petroleum Berhad is a subsidiary of Dayang Enterprise Holdings Bhd.
