Petrovietnam Power Services Joint Stock Company provides maintenance, repair, testing, and calibration services for industrial and power plants in Vietnam. The company is involved in the installing electrical systems, and industrial machines and equipment; and provision of technical inspection and analysis, as well as carrying out other related technical consultancy activities. It also engages in providing technical services, including maintenance, servicing, overhaul, and repair of power plants; trading in supplies, equipment, machinery, and complete production line systems for the electricity, telecommunications, and other industries; and consulting on the design, translation, and compilation of documents on technical solutions to improve power plant efficiency, energy saving solutions, new energy, renewable energy, and industrial equipment systems. In addition, the company is involved in training human resource for operation management, maintenance, repair, and technology transfer of power and industrial plants; constructing and installing substations, transmission lines and power systems, automatic metering and control systems, telecommunications systems, and water supply and treatment systems for industrial and civil projects; and constructing and installing industrial projects. Further, it invests in production of electrical equipment, spare parts, and materials for the oil and gas industry and other industries; operates as an agent for telecommunication services; and provides integrated installation solutions for telecommunication and information technology systems, as well as imports and exports of goods. Petrovietnam Power Services Joint Stock Company was incorporated in 2007 and is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.
