Investment Corporation of Bangladesh, together with its subsidiaries, provides various investment banking services in Bangladesh. The company engages in the investments through private equity and placement of shares; merger and acquisition function; trustee and custodian services; portfolio management; advance against unit funds and Bangladesh fund certificates; stock market operations; private equity and placement of Shares; project financing through investing in equity, preference share and bonds, and debenture and lease financing; and issuing of corporate guarantee, as well as provides margin loan accounts, and unit and mutual funds. It also provides issue management, corporate financial, underwriting, digital service, term investment plan, portfolio management, brokerage, trustee and custodian, depository participants, and corporate advisory services, as well as systematic investment plan (SIP). Investment Corporation of Bangladesh was founded in 1976 and is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
