It also provides urban planning and infrastructure development services comprising regional and urban planning, preparation of master plans, urban infrastructure, roads and highways, and harbor and coastal development services; water supply and sanitation; digital technology; overseas assignments; and mid-term and end of project evaluations, and monitoring services. The company was incorporated in 1993 and is based in Pitakotte, Sri Lanka.
