Elpitiya Plantations PLC, together with subsidiaries, cultivates, manufactures, and sells black tea, rubber, palm oil, and other crops in Sri Lanka. It operates through the Tea, Rubber, Oil Palm, and Others segments. The company operates tea, rubber, oil palm, coconut, cinnamon, passion fruit, and strawberry plantations. It also offers blackberry, raspberry, and bee honey products, as well as soursop and strawberry jam and juice, and soursop jam under the tropifrut brand. In addition, the company holds a renewable energy portfolio that consists of three mini hydro projects and 16 rooftop solar projects with a total generation capacity of 4.2 megawatts. Further, it engages in the design, development, and operation of an adventure park, as well as the research and development of food agriculture and engineering activities.
