The company also provides tea accessories, comprising trays; wooden presenters; storage caddies; timers; samovars; tea makers and infusers; tea sets; tea pots; and cups and mugs. It sells its tea products through supermarkets, hypermarkets, convenience stores, department stores, specialty stores, and online retail stores; and distributors, tea lounges, hotels, restaurants, cafes, and airlines. The company was formerly known as Ceylon Tea Services PLC and changed its name to Dilmah Ceylon Tea Company PLC in October 2016.
