C M Holdings PLC, an investment holding company, imports and sells motor vehicles and related spare parts in Sri Lanka. The company operates through three segments: Motor Vehicle Sales, Repair and Maintenance Services, and Investment and Property Holding. It also involved in the provision of motor vehicle repair, servicing, and maintenance services, as well as property holding and development activities. In addition, the company provides asset management; fund and portfolio management; and manages trusts, including unit and investment trusts and acts as trustee; as well as acts as a secure agency for commercial vehicles. The company was formerly known as Colonial Motors PLC and changed its name to C M Holdings PLC in October 2013. C M Holdings PLC was incorporated in 1909 and is based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. C M Holdings PLC is a subsidiary of The Colombo Fort Land & Building PLC.
