It also provides DYNAPRENE thermoplastic elastomer for automotive parts, building and construction, industrial product, 3c products, sporting goods, food contact, and plastic modifier applications; and NANCAR carbon masterbatch used for fuel hoses, belts for automotive parts, foam products, cables, rollers, and shoe soles, as well as suited for products of lower hardness. The company was formerly known as President Fine Chemical Industry Co. Ltd. and changed its name to NANTEX Industry Co., Ltd. in October 1991. The company was incorporated in 1979 and is based in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
