The company develops Setrusumab, an antibody for the treatment of osteogenesis imperfecta; Alvelestat, an oral small molecule that is in Phase II clinical trial to treat Alpha-1 anti-trypsin deficiency associated lung disease; and Vantictumab, an anti-FZD monoclonal antibody for the treatment of autosomal dominant osteopetrosis type 2. It also develops Leflutrozole, an oral aromatase inhibitor, which is in Phase 2 trials for use in the treatment of hypogonadotropic hypogonadism; Navicixizumab, which has completed Phase 1b clinical trials for the treatment of the late line ovarian cancer; Etigilimab, an IgG1 monoclonal antibody which binds to the human TIGIT receptor on immune cells for the Treatment of advanced solid tumors; and Acumapimod, a p38 MAP kinase inhibitor that is in Phase II clinical trials to treat acute exacerbations of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. The company has a license agreement with Feng Biosciences for the development and commercialization of navicixizumab; license agreement with ReproNovo for the development and commercialization of leflutrozole; and licensing agreement with AstraZeneca.
